8/13/2024: Due to renovations at the center continuing into the September and wanting to focus on opening for the students asap, we have decided to cancel the Fundraiser picnic. We are hopeful to schedule a similar event again next year. Thank you to those who showed interest in the event and we will find a way to see you all soon!

Come share a day out on the lawn with friends old and new to celebrate and support the next chapter of the Raymond E. Santmyers Building!
Reaching Out Now is inviting the community out for a old-school summertime picnic on the lawn and inside the Raymond E. Santmyers Student Union and Activity Center. This picnic will raise funds for the Center’s opening and allow members of the public to see the reimagined space for the first time!
You can choose between a casual experience: pick a Bring Your Own Blanket, pavilion or an indoor ticket… or purchase the Deluxe Experience for a beautiful outdoor picnic setting (by Posey Picnic Company) complete with flowers and a beautiful tablescape. All tickets come with food and drinks. We will have music playing throughout the evening and some small fun activities to participate in.
We will be offering additional opportunities to donate throughout the evening.
