Robert Dean Barber, 94, peacefully passed away on January 17, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. Bob spent his life dedicated to serving his family and his country. He had a deep love for his mother and brother, his wife Dorothy and his four children: Janet, Nancy, Joseph, and Ralph and their spouses, children and grandchildren. He served an illustrious 28-year career in government service serving in the U.S. Army, the U.S. Air Force Reserve, the U.S. Information Agency, and the U.S. State Department.
Reaching Out Now is honored to have this great man continue to support us even after his passing.
