Mindful Futures is an eight-week wellness program for teens ages 13–18. Designed to help students manage stress, build confidence, and explore healthy coping skills, this program offers an inviting space where teens can slow down, connect with others, and learn practical tools they can use every day. Led by local instructors, artists, and wellness volunteers, each session blends hands-on activities with real-world guidance—no experience needed.

What teens will experience:

  • Tai Chi and guided relaxation to reduce stress
  • Journaling and self-reflection activities
  • Expressive arts and vision-boarding for future goal-setting
  • Supportive conversations with peers and caring community mentors
  • A positive, judgment-free space to explore wellness and identity

Mindful Futures is ideal for any teen who feels overwhelmed, stressed, or simply wants a place to reset and grow. Families can expect a safe, supportive environment where their teen is encouraged to build resilience, self-awareness, and a healthier outlook on their future.

Sessions are led by our partners:
