Our Path Forward is an evening dedicated to celebrating progress and impact, while investing in the future of youth across the Shenandoah Valley.
Rooted in the momentum of Reaching Out Now’s existing programs and continued growth, the Leadership Gala brings together our community members, partners, and supporters to reflect on the organization’s impact while setting a clear course for what comes next.
At the heart of the gala is a celebration of our students. Participants in Reaching Out Now’s YES Leadership program are recognized for their growth, and commitment to shaping their futures. The event also honors local individuals and partners whose support and investment have helped create lasting opportunities for youth and families in the region. The evening features guest speaker, former Lieutenant Governor Winsome Earle-Sears, whose message of leadership, resilience, and service continues to inspire communities across the Commonwealth.
More than a celebration, the evening serves as a collective investment in the next generation—bringing the community together around a shared vision of opportunity, support, and long-term impact. Our Path Forward reflects both how far the organization has come and the intentional steps being taken to build a stronger future for the youth and families we serve.
