2026 Summer Enrichment Camp at the Student Union
Our 2026 Summer Enrichment Camp is made just for teens, ages 13 – 18, with experiences that will help them grow all summer long. Class times and days vary by week. Register today!
WEEK 1 | Wellness with Valley Health
- Dates: Tuesday, June 2 – Friday, June 5 *4 DAYS*
- Time: 9:00AM – 4:30PM
- Partners: Valley Health
- Cost: $65 (Members) $90 (Non-members) Cost includes lunch and 2 snacks per day
Students explore careers in healthcare and learn the foundations of wellness during Valley Health Wellness Week. Through guided visits to Valley Health, participants will tour different departments, meet healthcare professionals, and gain insight into how a hospital system supports community health. The week places a strong emphasis on nutrition, healthy habits, and overall well-being, helping students understand how lifestyle choices impact physical and mental health. This experience encourages curiosity, confidence, and awareness of future career pathways in the health field.

WEEK 2 | Content Creators
- Dates: Tuesday, June 9 – Friday, June 12 *4 DAYS*
- Time: 9:00AM – 4:30PM

Students will be creating videos, learning basic editing, exploring podcasting and photography, and discovering branding and marketing. A fun, hands-on week building digital skills, creativity, and confidence.

WEEK 3 | Art in Action
- Dates: Tuesday, June 16 – Friday, June 19 *4 DAYS*
- Time: 9:00AM – 4:30PM

Students express themselves through creative group projects, individual art, and the creation of a new Student Union mural. This week builds creativity, confidence, and personal expression in a positive, supportive environment.

WEEK 4 | Culinary Camp
- Dates: Tuesday, June 23, Wednesday, June 24, and Friday, June 26 * 3 DAYS *
- Time: 9:00AM – 3:00PM

- Cost: $50 (Members) $75 (Non-members) Cost includes lunch, 2 snacks per day, and supplies for camp
Students explore the exciting world of food and cooking through hands-on culinary experiences in the Flavor Lab. Throughout the week, participants learn essential kitchen skills, experiment with flavors, and prepare a variety of dishes while working collaboratively in a fun, supportive environment. This culinary-focused week emphasizes creativity, teamwork, and confidence-building as students discover how food connects to culture, health, and everyday life.

WEEK 5 | Summer Survival
- Dates: Monday, June 29 – Thursday, July 2 *4 DAYS*
- Time: 9:00AM – 4:30PM
- Partners: Shenandoah National Park
- Cost: $65 (Members) $90 (Non-members) Cost includes lunch and 2 snacks per day
Spend the week with Rangers exploring the Shenandoah National Park. This adventure-based week takes place inside the park and includes guided hikes, service projects, and ranger-led programs. The experience emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and resilience while helping students build a meaningful connection with nature and conservation.

WEEK 6 | Aviation Career Education (ACE)
- Dates: Monday, July 13 – Friday, July 17 *5 DAYS*
- Time: 8:00AM – 4:30PM
- Partners: David Hubbard, STEM Flights
- Cost: $75 (Members) $100 (Non-members) Cost includes lunch and 2 snacks per day
The Aviation Career Education (ACE) Camp is a one week STEM-based educational experience with field trips and hands-on activities for students as an introduction to the exciting field of aviation.
WEEK 7 | Serve Week
- Dates: Monday, July 20 – Friday, July 24 *5 DAYS*
- Time: 9:00AM – 4:30PM
- Cost: $75 (Members) $100 (Non-members). Cost includes lunch, 2 snacks per day, and celebration event.
Spend a meaningful week serving our hometown, where students give back by beautifying spaces, building projects, and helping clean up the community. After four rewarding days of service, the week wraps up with an all-day celebration for everyone to enjoy.
